I find display ads to be a fascinating challenge. You have to accommodate multiple sizes, specifications, and guidelines while still creating something that is legible and (hopefully) intriguing enough to be clicked.
As a convenient starter for myself I made a Figma template that includes all of the common ad sizes along with their corresponding requirements. This allows me to set common design elements and text in one place and have it populate across all of the sizes automatically.
